"Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Hodge Diesel. They have always been such a great business to work with on my normal maintenance so when they told me that I had leaks in my transmission I didn't hesitate to bring it back to them to take care of it. Unfortunately, when they drained everything and took it apart there were metal shavings in the pan. A new transmission was needed and again, didn't hesitate to keep it with them to fix. I told them that I purchased a warranty when I bought the vehicle second hand, so it was hopefully covered. They not only checked for me, but they also worked with the warranty company to ensure that everything was covered appropriately. Austin kept me in the loop on where we were in the process and answered all my questions, sometimes twice. All while not making me feel like I was grossly illiterate in this realm of knowledge. Which as a woman, we usually get taken advantage of with our lack of knowledge in cars. Being someone who was taken advantage of when I was younger by a different mechanic it is so refreshing that there are still mechanics who are honest and take the time to help you understand the process. After 3 weeks of having my vehicle, I finally have it back in my possession. I don't think it would have taken so long if there wasn't a holiday thrown in there, but I am so happy with the result. Honestly feels better than when we bought it in the first place a year ago! You've made a lifelong customer out of me for both of my vehicles. See you soon!"
